Rules and terms of the competition
The game runs from 24th October to 7th November 2007.  Anyone can participate with one entry per day.  To win you have to spin the wheel of fortune. (No purchase is necessary)  The prize is valid for use on the Newcastle – Amsterdam route on Sunday - Wednesday departures only, from 1st. January to 31st. March 2008. (subject to availability)

Publication
Winners are notified instantly. The competition is not subject to purchase. Employees of DFDS Seaways and their affiliated companies cannot participate.

The winner of the extra “Refer a friend” contest will be drawn on the 8th November and notified directly.

Contact
Winners will receive a gift certificate by email, with details of how to claim their prize.

Prizes
The Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or sold. There can only be one prize per household. Subsequent prizes can be cancelled at the promotor's discretion.  The prizes are non transferable. If you win a prize you have only 30 minutes to enter your details to get the prize sent to your email address. After this 30 minute period the prize is returned to the pool of prizes to be won.

Doubt or disagreement
In case of doubt or disagreement about the competition terms, DFDS Seaways will determine the interpretation and settle questions according to its own judgement.
On this occasion or on the basis of the execution of the competition, insufficient publication, or other conditions, compensation claims cannot be exercised against DFDS Seaways, which also reserves the right to carry out changes or additions to the rules without notice.

Use of this page and its facilities, as well as all material and information, is at the user's own risk.
